Al Dhafra tabs Victor Bermudez, ex Al-Semawah

Newly promoted side Al Dhafra inked 30-year-old American 193cm guard Victor Bermudez (college: Texas State at San Marcos), agency: BIG for the upcoming season. Bermudez played most recently at Al-Semawah in Iraqi Superleague.

In the previous (2020-21) season he played at JS Manazeh (ProA) in the Tunisian league.

He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to three different continents (Europe, Africa, and of course North America). Bermudez has played previously professionally in Romania (Marmatiei), Spain (Lanzarote), and Tunisia (Stade Gabesien).

Worth to mention he played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him to get a job in pro basketball.

He graduated from Texas State at San Marcos in 2015 and it will be his eighth season in pro basketball.
